Michael L. Levine. M.D., F.A.C.S., a well recognized clinician and surgeon, has been practicing in Boynton Beach, FL, since 2002. Since that time, he has also acted as a voluntary associate professor at Bascom Palmer Eye Institute.
Having trained at the finest institutions, Dr. Levine excels in his field. Dr. Levine graduated from the University of Vermont and received his medical degree from the Chicago Medical School. Dr. Levine completed his surgical internship at the University of Chicago Hospitals. He then completed his Ophthalmology residency, followed by a glaucoma fellowship, at the Manhattan Eye, Ear, and Throat Hospital.

Christopher S. Castello, O.D., received a Bachelor of Science degree from Florida Atlantic University in 1992 and a Doctorate in Optometry from Nova Southeastern University College of Optometry in 1997. He is a Board Certified Optometric Physician who specializes in the treatment and management of eye diseases. Dr. Castello performs routine eye exams including refractions and contact lens fittings. Dr. Castello is also trained in the co-management of cataract and glaucoma patients.
